The bollywood nutkhat celebrity Kareena has now made up her mind to find her skills in writing as it is revealed in Rujuta’s book that she will be writing a chapter in her dietician Rujuta Diwekar’s 2nd book which will be published this year. Bebo has recently written her first book with the title of Don’t Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight.

Her diet expert had guided her to maintain ‘size zero figure’ for the film Tashan. Diwekar has been written in his book that Kareena will write down a chapter in his book on the topic of working women. He has written in his book that “Bebo will be writing a chapter in my book on working women. She is India’s one of the top working woman. Everyone wants to be as glamourous as her. She has a healthy working relationship with everyone, be it family, friends or her co-stars. She leads a very fulfilling life. You will have to wait for the book to see what exactly she writes.” She has been Kareena’s Dietician since 2007.

She further said about Kareena’s dieting that she eats whatever she wants but at the same time she eats nutritious food as well and she does not deprive herself. Kareena Kapoor has also confirmed the news that she is going to write in Rujuta Diwekar’s book on working women. She further added that the book basically tells about the special nutritional meals that women should take.
